Records from the Drozdowo Parish southeast of Lomza...revealed this one.
It was a difficult find as handwriting and language barriers were abundant.
But, this record was the only one that jumped out at me on the films.
I believe it is a birth record for a girl named Franciszcka Celmer...not sure.
The main question is...could she be the older sister of my great-grandfather Feliks born in 1874.
Now to translate it!
